Borders Sport and Leisure Trust members are obliged to adhere to the conditions and rules of usage as set out below. Please read carefully.
1. If you have a medical condition please consult a doctor before taking out Membership.
2. To apply for Membership you must complete the attached official application form, which should be submitted to Reception of any of Borders Sport and Leisure Trust facilities. The application form should be accompanied by the appropriate fee or Direct Debit instructions fully completed. Membership Card will be posted out to the applicants address. Please allow seven days for processing.
3. Borders Sport and Leisure Trust reserve the right to reject an application.
4. Your Membership Card must be presented at reception on each visit.
5. You may terminate your Membership at any time, by giving one month’s written notice to The Finance Department, Borders Sport and Leisure Trust, Unit 6, Tweedmill, Dunsdale Road, Selkirk, TD7 5DZ.
6. Refunds for Membership paid for by one single advanced payment will only be made under exceptional circumstances and on a pro rata basis.
7. Borders Sport and Leisure Trust shall determine the amount of annual payment and charges, which shall be reviewed every financial year.
8. Borders Sport and Leisure Trust reserve the right to exclude any Member if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or constitutes a risk.
9. All persons applying for a Gym Membership must undergoa Fitness Induction.
10. All persons applying for Membership should read and understand the above terms and conditions before completing and signing the application form.
11. Replacement cards will be charged at £2.50.
