At Tweedbank Sports Centre you will find a variety of facilities from a full size professional athletics track, a hammer cage, long jump, full size Artifical Pitch and a gym with cardiovascular and free weight equipment complete with changing facilities.

Athletics track
The athletics track is not only the home of the professional runner, it can be used whether you want to simply run or if you want to supplement a gym programme with some outdoor exercise.
After School Athletics
Running every Tuesday between 4pm - 5pm for all primary school children, we offer a range of athletics including high jump, sprinting, long jump and shot putt.
Gym
There is a superb selection of free weights used to build up muscle strength as well as cardiovascular equipment. Staff can provide you with training and advice and additional equipment to assist your training.
Artifical Pitch
The fully floodlight pitches are available throughout the year, whether it is for an organised body, a group of friends looking to play a game or parents seeking an unusual children’s party, the pitches can be hired for countless activities.
Summer Activities
During the summer holidays, special events are organised to entertain the young ones. This not only helps the parents, but encourages the children to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle.
